PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Product Description

Food Grade GLUCOSE 99% Dextrose Anhydrate is a high-purity form of glucose supplied without water of crystallization. It is typically presented as a white crystalline powder with a sweet taste and is readily soluble in water while showing only limited solubility in ethanol. The material is primarily used as a carbohydrate and sweetening raw material in food processing and may also serve as a formulation ingredient in pharmaceutical and biological-processing applications where an appropriate certified grade is required. Commercial quality is evaluated through glucose content on a dry basis, optical rotation, pH, chloride, moisture, and sulphated ash specifications. Final suitability for food, pharmaceutical, nutritional, or other regulated applications should always be confirmed against the actual supplier COA, specification sheet, and applicable regulatory requirements.
