PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Product Description

DINP 99.5% Di-Isononyl Phthalate is a high-purity phthalate-based plasticizer supplied as a colorless and transparent oily liquid. Commercial DINP consists of a complex mixture of branched phthalate esters and is widely associated with flexible PVC and other industrial polymer applications. The referenced grade provides a minimum total ester content of 99.5% together with controlled color, density, acidity, flash point, moisture, refractive index, and viscosity. DINP is used in selected flexible polymer systems where plasticizing performance, water resistance, extraction resistance, and electrical-insulation characteristics are required. Application areas may include wire and cable materials, industrial films, coated fabrics, artificial leather, coatings, and other regulated polymer products. Because DINP is subject to health-risk assessments and application-specific regulatory restrictions in several markets, final suitability must be evaluated against the intended end use, supplier-specific documentation, and applicable regulatory requirements.
