The production line can integrate solid and liquid raw material storage, accurate batching and dosing, slurry preparation and aging, homogenization, high-pressure pumping, spray drying, pneumatic cooling and conveying, screening, post-addition, final blending, perfuming, dust collection, and automatic packaging. During the spray-drying stage, a homogeneous detergent slurry is delivered to the spray tower through a high-pressure system and atomized into fine droplets. Controlled contact with hot air removes moisture and forms porous base-powder particles with stable handling, flow, and dissolution characteristics. After drying, the base powder is cooled, conveyed, and screened before entering the post-blending section. Heat-sensitive ingredients such as enzymes, fragrances, colored speckles, and other functional additives can then be accurately dosed and blended, providing greater flexibility for different formulations, product grades, and market requirements. The solution can be configured with PLC-based recipe management, centralized process monitoring, precise weighing systems, dust-control equipment, fine-powder recovery, and flexible packing arrangements.
